Quota Pace Calculator
"Am I on pace for quota?" is a question most reps answer with a gut feeling somewhere around the middle of the month. This calculator answers it with a number. Enter your quota, what you've closed so far, and your period's start and end dates, and it compares your percent-to-quota against percent-of-period-elapsed to tell you instantly whether you're ahead or behind. It then calculates the exact daily and weekly booking rate you need to hit quota by period end. Useful heading into a 1:1 with your manager, checking your own pace mid-quarter, or building a forecast conversation around real numbers instead of a feeling. Runs entirely in your browser - no CRM connection, no login, nothing saved.
Enter your quota and what you've closed so far to see if you're on pace - and exactly how much you need to book per day or week to catch up.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if I'm on pace for quota?
Compare the percentage of your quota you've closed against the percentage of the period that has elapsed. If your quota percentage is lower than your time-elapsed percentage, you're behind pace; if it's equal or higher, you're on or ahead of pace.
What is a required run rate?
It's the amount you need to close per day (or week) for the rest of the period to hit your quota exactly, calculated as your remaining quota divided by your remaining days.
Does this account for seasonality or deal ramp-up?
No, it assumes even, linear pacing across the period. If your pipeline is naturally back-loaded (e.g., more deals close at quarter-end), treat the "behind pace" signal with that context in mind.
